Time for August’s word count stats.
10,940 with an average of 352 words a day. I was hoping to hit the 80,000 word mark but didn’t quite get there. Still impressive. Only just over 20,000 words to go until I reach 100,000.

Stacey Jaine McIntosh was born in Perth, Western Australia where she still resides with her husband and their four children. Although her first love has always been writing, she once toyed with being a Cartographer and subsequently holds a Diploma in Spatial Information Services. Since 2011 she has had over two dozen short stories and drabbles printed for online consumption and in various anthologies, both in print and forth coming. She has also had two poems accepted for publication. Stacey is also the author of Solstice, Morrighan & Lost and she is currently working on several other projects simultaneously.
