Wow! Okay, it’s been a bit of a busy month trying to ready Solstice for print. Let’s just say that wasn’t quite as easy as I initially thought it would be. Granted, I was able to get it finished before my self-imposed deadline and Solstice is now available for purchase, both in print and kindle versions.

Congratulations on getting your book in print! 🙂
And yes, it might seem easy to do, but it’s a lot of work. Last time I had to format a book to Createspace’s printing standards, I worked for 3 hours straight and nearly passed out afterwards, because I had been so focused I forgot to eat or drink anything.
Good times!

Oh, wow! I can only imagine. It was the cover I struggled with the most, as it kept being rejected. The interior file was a breeze in comparison.

Oh yeah, I had a lot of trouble with getting the cover for my first book through as well. I had to convince support that I didn’t mind if some of the shadow text behind the actual title was cut off in the print process!

Ah, I wound up redoing the whole thing in the end, it turned out easier. I didn’t even think to contact Support.
